From the first steps on the ice to mastering advanced techniques, Learn To Skate is the right start for everyone.
USA Hockey Arena is excited to offer a new curriculum called Learn to Skate USA. The program, endorsed by U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey, US Speedskating, the Professional Skaters Association (PSA) and the Special Olympics, empowers aspiring skaters to achieve athletic and personal goals on and off the ice while providing a fun and positive experience.
Arena has the right to cancel/combine classes if enrollment numbers are low. You may be asked to join a different day. If you are unable to join the alternate day, you will receive a full refund.
On the first day: Skaters will be checked in in the main lobby and will receive a name tag and helmet color sticker indicating where to meet their coach.
Parents will be expected to watch from the stands. Parents are not permitted on the ice or on the player benches.
At the end of each session, skaters will receive an evaluation form marking their progress. Completion badges can be purchased at front desk for $1
