DESCRIPTION: USA Hockey Arena is seeking Ushers for the National Team Development Program’s 2022-2023 season! The usher will be responsible for helping
guests find their seats during games, ensuring safety throughout the course of the event, and enhancing the spectators’ overall experience of the game.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Arrive 1 hour 30 minutes before game time.
Monitor specific areas/sections of the arena.
Check tickets and assist patrons.
Ensure safety of patrons and report any issues to security/management.
Watch for safety issues such as puck, sticks or other incidents.
COMPENSATION: Ushers will be paid $25/game.
