USA Hockey Arena is hiring ushers for the 2021-22 National Team Development Program season, beginning October 1 when the U.S. National Under-17 Team hosts the Youngstown Phantoms.

The NTDP will play a 36-game home schedule at USA Hockey Arena for the year and ushers play an important role in a smooth gamenight process. Duties include:

• Welcoming and greeting fans in the seating bowl
• Answering fan questions and providing extraordinary customer service
• Monitoring and controlling the flow of crowds inside USA Hockey Arena
• Caring for the health and safety of all fans in attendance
