In the much anticipated afternoon game on Day 3, Team Sweden earned a hard fought 4-2 victory over rival Finland.

Finland netted the lone goal of the middle period from Jesse Kiiskinen and Emil Jarventie tied the game at 2-2 with less than five minutes to play in regulation.

On a late power play, Otto Stenberg launched a one-timer from the right circle with 58 seconds to play in regulation and the Swedes added an empty-netter for the 4-2 final.

Both team's goalies were named Players of the Game; Finland's Eemil Vinni finished with 28 saves while Sweden's Melker Thelin stopped 23 shots.

Leo Braillard opened up scoring on a power play just 23 seconds into the game, but Czechia's Adam Csabi scored on a power play of its own to tie the game 1-1 after 20 minutes.

Switzerland took another lead as Noam Holzer netted a shorthanded marker early in the second that was again answered by Czechia with a score from Maxim Vehovsky.
